Course description

Designed to ensure clinical success, this program empowers participants with the advanced techniques and expertise needed to excel in aesthetic practice.

Part 1: Online theoretical component

Self-paced learning

Physicians will be provided with comprehensive pre-course materials to engage with foundational concepts and advanced educational topics, gaining a thorough understanding of managing and avoiding complications while injecting soft tissue fillers and Botulinum Toxin Type A.

Full Assessment of the Face

Understanding the Causes of Volume Loss and Wrinkles

The Art of Facial Sculpting

Management of Complications

Recognition of Adverse Effects

Built-in quizzes. The online theoretical component includes quizzes at the end of each section. If a question is answered incorrectly, the correct answer will be provided to reinforce learning, so participants thoroughly engage with the curriculum before the in-person sessions.

Part 2: 2 full days of hands-on training

Over 15 hours

Students will engage in intensive, practical training over two full days, performing Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler procedures under expert supervision. Advanced techniques like cannula use for dermal fillers will be demonstrated and practiced, and participants will inject neuromodulators in key lower face areas.

Lower Face Neuromodulators: Masseters, Chin, DAO, Platysma Bands

Accreditation

This 1-credit-per-hour course has been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 40 Mainpro+® credits

Payment options

50% deposit

50% up front with the final balance due 1 week prior to the course date

In-house monthly payments

Equal installments sent monthly; full payment required before the course date

0% interest financing for up to 3 years, or interest-based financing for up to 6 years

Refunds, cancellations & payments

No refunds

All CAMA courses and programs are non-refundable once payment is made. This applies to both full payments and payment plans.

Hands-on class attendance

If you are unable to attend your scheduled hands-on class, you must notify CAMA in advance. Rescheduling or cancelling 14 days or less before the course date incurs a $300 fee; a second cancellation incurs a $500 fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Payment plans

Payment plans are a financing option only. By enrolling, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Payment plans cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.

Class rescheduling by CAMA

Occasionally, hands-on classes may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered the next available hands-on date of their choice. This does not qualify for a refund.
